In this section we hope to answer some frequently asked questions and avoid those confusing and stressful moments that may occur leading up to party day!

 

What is included in the cost of your rental ?
We include delivery, set up and removal as well as days use when we quote our prices. Our delivery is inclusive of 50km from our base location in Winnipeg Beach. Beyond 50km there is a mileage charge which is presented with the quote during inquiry.

Is there a difference for private/community/corporate events?
Unlike most companies we don't differentiate in base pricing but do have some variables.
An example being open to the public/community/business base pricing based on 4 hours of use where as a private family/yard  events coincide with venue rental times or days use. We deliver 8am-11:30am and pick up starting at 6pm, adjusting as needed for event times while routing in the most efficient manner possible in an effort to keep costs as low as possible for the client and our selves.
If you're not sure about your time line or it's a little out of the "norm"- just talk to us!


What does the client/renter provide day of?
The renter is responsible for a clear and sufficient path to the set up area that is to be clean from debris, hazard or waste. In prepping the area is is important that the grass is not cut the day before/of, as loose grass can be a hazard for slipping, especially with wet units. Additionally, it is important to be mindful of any lawn treatments and make necessary changes in scheduling to avoid irritation potential to those using the equipment in these areas.
Renters are responsible for a power source (outlet) and water source (if applicable).
*A limited number of generators are available as an  add on should be required.

Payments, deposits, refunds:
Upon booking we request a 25% deposit to hold the date and equipment for your party. We watch the weather as event day draws near and in the event of cancellation (your choice or ours) your deposit is 100% refundable as neither of us can control the weather. For payments we accept cheque, cash, e-transfer and even credit card. Balance is due day of arrival prior to set up.

Damages during use?
Renter is responsible for damage as a result of improper use. An example of this being marking it with permanent marker, placing inappropriate items within/on the equipment and causing rips/tears. In the event this occurs as the person responsible you will be financially liable.
Due to potential of damage we do have a strict NO FACEPAINT, SILLY STRING OR CONFETTI rule.
For an ADDITIONAL charge we do have on-site supervisors available to assist for your larger events-this investment is a great option to reduce risk during your large group public events!

Are we an insured company?
We are an insured and registered company! Our insurance is why we do not offer a pick up option and why we must complete the set up. It is why, as the client-you are not to move the equipment once it is secured by us. For more details or information, just ask us!

 

We have been in operation since 2013 and have completed thousands of events within Manitoba. We have done customer and client appreciation gatherings, birthdays and graduations. We have participated in weddings, celebrations of life, baby showers, family bar-b-ques and "just because" parties among other themed and styled events.
